Xiao Hong is a relatively marginalized women writers of the history of modernChinese literature. She was living a very short time and writing career is only adecade,but she didn’t stop working and left millions of words of literary works. In themany of works, the novel is her main creative direction.The famous of"Life andDeath" from born over the past decade has attracted the attention of many readers,andalso other works,like for memories of the late "Hulan River", the satirical novel"Mobley" and poignant "March of the small town."In Xiao Hong’s novel, carefuldescription of women’s lives at the same time, she vigorously portrayed men fate. Shealso describing the nation-state and the individual pursuit, folk culture andgeographical temperament. Xiao Hong’s life is the displaced and tough.Because of thewarm from grandfather and Lu Xun friends, she cherished a caring beings humanistmind.And because of the influence of the new civilization, she deeply longed forfreedom and equality. Throughout the life experiences of Xiao Hong,We found shestruggled with the situation in all her life that pursuit of love and freedom but not get loveand freedom.She longed for her characters who suffering can live a beautiful,confident, belonging to their own lives and lived up to the taste, value, and live outthe true freedom, independence and dignity as a woman. Also she eagered malecharacters that described by numbness, slavish can be found as the value and dignityof a man; longed for an early lifting of the ignorance and superstition of culturalpractices, the elimination of feudal old ideas of women, the harm caused to human.From the humanist perspective of women,this paper analyzes the state of women’ssurvival and existence value,concerns about the men’s destiny and development whoclosely tied with women. Finally, the paper discusses the impact of the northeasternpart of the space environment on the fate of women.The thesis discuss Xiao Hong novel female humanist perspective in fourchapters. The first part discusses the connotation of the female humanist theory, thedifference between feminist and the female humanist theory,and the internal relations with Xiao Hong novel text.As Xiao Hong’s female characters created for the analysisof objects, the second part of paper analyzes women self-realization and pursuit offreedom and happiness,from three angles of poverty and death, sex and fertility andwomen with the self-conscious. Bounded by human awakening,the third sectionanalyzes the destiny and development of the male characters created by Xiao Hong,and analysis the impact of the different stages of men to women. Part IV discusses theimpact of the natural and cultural environment of the fate of women, personaldevelopment.
