The Current Situation, Reason And Strategy Research On Management Of Overseas Internship For Tcsol Major Of Universities In Chengdu

As the strategy of Chinese promotion propulsion, the trend ofeducation internation-alization increased significant. More and more Chinesecollege students, especially those with major in Teaching Chinese to Speakers ofOther Languages (TCSOL) take their internship abroad. Universities are racing tobuild up overseas practice platforms, actively expand overseas Internship channels,but ignored to take positive and effective management on these projects. They lackcomprehensive understanding on the program and fail to aware of some risk inside.Even in some aspects there is lack of supervision from universities.This paper studies on the current situation of management, analyzes theproblems, reason and attempts to propose solutions. It strives to make universitiesregulate the management on the overseas internship, guarantee the rights of thestudents abroad, and finally maximize the development of educationinternationalization by these programs.
