Creative Practice About Individual Emotion Derived From Life

The main idea of this thesis is that to express a kind of simple beauty thoughpainting the ordinary being’s living and spiritual states which are familiar to mein my life and graduation works which were painted with the technique ofTraditional Chinese Painting. The purpose is that expressing personal feelingand thinking about society and life——artistic creation is just like managingone’s life, should containing the emotion of loving the life and expressing aspirit about reality, goodness and beauty.This article takes the production of my graduating assignments named“theFloating Life”and “the Warm Winter”as the clue, elaborating the conception,development, technique and relative reflections. Graduation works express therealistic subject matter though realistic approach, taking the fishing port andstation as the background of works, respectively presents their artisticconceptions, one is quiet and another is colorful. Taking the ordinary being asthe object in the works will possess certain social meaning.The developing rule of the art lies in innovation, and the developing ruleof the innovation is to keep pace with the time. Every age should have their ownart, contemporary ink painting is taking on a diversified face, only be equippedwith both traditional technique and modern conception, can we create superiorworks. Personal creative practice reveals the inspiration about the life and willbe good for cultivating superior creative habit as well as promoting artisticaccomplishment.
