Effect Of Psychological Elasticity And Background Music On The Emotional Reaction Of College Students’ Frustration Situation

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological resilience of two behavioral experiments and musical backgrounds of college students under the influence of frustration situational emotional responses. Research by cluster random sampling method, psychological resilience Scale as a measurement tool for Hunan Normal650college students Surveying and select from the level of resilience of60people each were tested as experimental subjects. Two experiments were "relationships attentional bias and emotional reactions and the availability of different musical backgrounds resilience setbacks Circumstances " between " psychological resilience and musical background of frustration situation under emotional reactions ".Experiment results show that the first setback high resilience subjects with low resilience were tested negative sentiment score difference was not significant, the subjects experienced setbacks situation after the negative mood scores were significantly higher than those without setbacks situations and have music setbacks situation, after no significant difference between the two; scenarios were tested positive emotions experienced setbacks scores were significantly lower than those without frustration after frustration context and musical score positive emotional context, the difference between the two is not significant. Emotional subjects rated themselves are affected significantly context, can be considered the transformation of frustration situation is conducive to improving the emotional frustration. The second experiment showed that when the subjects of emotional words and emotional responses rated themselves significantly correlated, causing frustration situation is due to emotional frustration situational awareness among the subjects of bias caused; high resilience group of subjects than low resilience group were tested in the context of the positive setback to allocate more resources to pay attention to, result in a positive test for cognitive bias more words, so that the high resilience group than in the low resilience group of subjects produced more positive emotions so frustration situation under high resilience group were tested positive emotions rated themselves significantly higher than the low resilience group; no musical background when comparing low frustration situational resilience group subjects experienced setbacks music situational reaction to negative words reduction of more frustration can be considered in the context of the background music for the regulation of low resilience groups were tested for reduction of negative attention bias resources more efficiently, resulting in low resilience groups were tested negative emotions to improve more.In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1) Students’ emotional reactions in different situations frustration significant differences in musical background and psychological resilience influence emotional reactions were tested by the frustration scenario;(2) psychological resilience and background music by influencing college students tend to pay attention to the impact of frustration in the Context of emotional reactions.(3) musical background in frustration situations significantly reduced the subjects’ emotional frustration, frustration can be considered the transformation of college situation is conducive to improving the emotional frustration.
