Research of Suzi is an important part in modern character research,like explaining character and making clear the rule of characterdevelopment. YuPian JiaoShi provides abundant reference materials for theresearch of Suzi. Based on the previous research, this paper studied on thesuzi in YuPian JiaoShi in detail.The paper collects1952suzi, they distribute in287parts. The paperanalyzed the term of suzi in YuPian JiaoShi.This paper also discussed itfrom three aspects based on theories of Chinese character structure andtried to make a classification declaration of its development.The paper compared Hu Jixuan’s idea with other scholars’.The paperheld the idea that Hu Jixuan held a positive attitude to suzi.Duringanalyzing YuPian JiaoShi, Hu Jixuan confirmed suzi by considering theactual situation and usage of suzi.By discussing the situation of continuing using, the paper reached to aconclusion that the reason can be divided into two aspects, one issimplification is one of suzi development, the other is government’smandatory rules.Mr. Hu Jixuan’s YuPian JiaoShi achievements in the study of suzimainly finishing a lot Suzi, Suzi deepen the theory; its shortcomingsmainly no detailed description of the style, inconvenient access, at thesame time, individual views are still need to consider. In short, the resultsof their research study on Suzi future have a great reference to posterity.
