Liu De as the son of Emperor Jing of Han Dynasty was established as the king of Hejianbefore the scene emperor two years(155BC).In the twenty-six year of his reign,because ofhis"intellectual virtues", he was endowed with the posthumous title of "offer the king" andwan known as "Hejian Xianwang". He is a famous confucian and bibliophile in the WesternHan Dynasty. He is not only the leader during the glorious period of He Jian State, andoccupies a very important position in the history of the academic development of the HanDynasty.
