| Fang fang as the outstanding female writer has an important position in the Chinese contemporary literature, whose novels have become contemporary literary and artistic lineage of a different kind "landscape." All along, the literary critics’ main focus on her new realism novels, her historical writing has been neglected.The introduction brief descript research on Fang fang’s novels, presented the origin and significance of the writing of this article. Meanwhile, they try to define the writing of "history" which is different from others.Chapter one mainly explore characters type in Fang fang’s history written. The characters type in Fang fang’s history written can be classified as "revolutionaries","intellectuals" and "citizen". Based on the purpose of the revolutionary, subdivided the revolutionaries into two categories, which carries "pure" ideals and passive involvement in the historical trend of "passing", compare the similarities and differences of them. From the "grandfather","father" of the individual family, explore the relationship between two generations of intellectuals generations. From a historical situation of the public sectors, analyzes the material needs of the people of the city and secular innovative social ideals.Chapter two focus on the fiction features in Fang fang’s historical narrative. Firstly, analyze the relationship between historical reality and historical fiction. She connects historical figures and fictional characters through co-write, merge the real historical details and fictional scenes through co-build, enhancing the real feeling and authenticity of the historical narrative. Secondly, focuses on indicting Fang fang’s civil and human vision perspective. In the historical narrative, Fang fang return to civilian positions, from folk vision, which is different from the traditional historical narrative of revolutionary heroism, from the human point of view to complete the reconstruction of historical memory. Then, explore the "history" and "little history" in her narrative, respectively from the city history vs personal history, national history vs the history of both civilians. In addition, this chapter also explores the narrative perspective, narrative time and space, three levels of narrative structure; analyze the unique characteristics and ideological connotations of art history writing. Chapter three will place Fang fang’s historical narrative into the new era of literary trends macro view, with a comparative study. Fang fang’s narrative critically heritage the original features of "New Realism", the transcendent narrative as "zero emotional involvement". She intends to absorb the history of Western modernist narrative writing style, with a distinctive "New History" feature, however, she respects history and trying her best to restore the true historical details, also realized the transection of the "new history" novels. In the narrative, she concerned about the situation of women’s historical destines, subversive gesture traditional female literature.
