Research Of Corporate Environmental Responsibility In China From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Vigorously promote along with the economic globalization, enterprises as the mainbody of economic sustainable development, is the development and utilization ofresources, expand the scale of production at the same time, also caused serious pollutionto the ecological environment. In recent years, environmental pollution events emerge inendlessly, and intensified. The formation of these pollution unshirkable responsibility forthe enterprise, the lack of corporate environmental responsibility, is the enterprise’s ownbrand image, not only damage affecting its sustainable development, the ecologicalenvironment, natural resources and human beings have caused great threat. Due to thelack of corporate environmental responsibility in our country now, the understanding of asystem and specific management system, also caused the enterprise often in a passiveposition, so the corporate environmental responsibility has become our country theconstruction of ecological civilization is a problem that nots allow to ignore. Under theperspective of ecological civilization, corporate environmental responsibility is endowedwith new connotation. Corporate environmental responsibility should "respect for nature,comply with the nature, protect nature" of the ecological civilization concept, and will befully integrated into the ecological civilization construction in our country, economicconstruction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction.Ecological civilization perspective of corporate environmental responsibility has threefunctions, namely harmonizing the contradiction between enterprise economic benefitsand ecological environment, resolve the contradiction between resource utilization anddevelopment of human society and human economic and social contradictions. Corporateenvironmental responsibility belongs to the category of environmental ethics in a researchproblem, this paper analyze the missing responsibility of the enterprise environmentcondition, and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, involves theresearch methods are literature method, comparison method, theory with practice method.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, this paperexpounds the purpose and significance of topic selection, research status at home andabroad, research methods and innovation points. The second part introduces the relevanttheories of ecological civilization and enterprise environmental responsibility knowledge, including the theory of ecological civilization, the related theory and the ecologicalcivilization perspective of corporate environmental responsibility under the newdevelopment of corporate environmental responsibility. The third part is the lack ofcorporate environmental responsibility in our country present situation and the reasonanalysis. Summarize five when it comes to the current situation of the lack of corporateenvironmental responsibility, and from their own reasons and external environmentfactors when it comes to the reason analysis. The fourth part is to promote ecologicalcivilization perspective of China’s enterprises countermeasures of environmentalresponsibility. This chapter as the focus of the article, the hope can through thecorresponding measures mentioned in the article, solve the problems existing in thecorporate environmental responsibility in our country. Including to improve their ownmanagement pattern, perfect our country enterprise environment responsibility oflegislation, strengthen government guidance and supervision to the enterprise, improvecitizen’s environmental consciousness, draw lessons from foreign successful experience.
