Research On Chinese Non-governmental Charitable Organization

Now, our non-governmental charitable organizations are developing rapidly,theyplay an important role in charity and social security. In recent years, natural disasteraccidents happened in our country, helping the poor and disadvantaged groups andsocial public construction confirmed non-governmental charitable organizationsassociate with charity and social security.The rapid development of the charitableorganizations, effective functions will promote the development of charity to make upthe defect of social security. It is noteworthy that the operation of non-governmentalcharitable organizations has many problems and restrict its functions.The author thinks non-governmental charitable organizations are related to socialsecurity, the positive effects of charitable organizations run will promote thedevelopment of social security. This paper is mainly to explore the development ofnon-governmental charitable organizations from the perspective of social welfare, myaim is to discuss non-governmental charitable organization functions through the useof social welfare theories,the study of the scale and structure of organizations,therelations with other organizations and the problems of performances.I will studyinstitution and external environment factors which hinder functions of charitableorganizations with social welfare theory. I will try to discuss the development oforganizations through the comparison of different charitable organizations,the analysis of typical case and new institutional economics to put forward effectiveproposals to improve the charitable organizations functions.I think the power of non-governmental organizations will grow in the futureunder the influence of social welfare. We should construct from external environmentand charitable organizations themselves.With the joint efforts of government,enterprises, organizations and social media, we should create new externalenvironment for charitable organizations and strengthen construction of organizationsin order to promote non-governmental charitable organizations functions andcontribute to charity and social security at last.
