Research On Deng Xiaoping’s Thought On Anti-Corruption And Building A Clean Government

Deng Xiaoping’s thought on anti-corruption was the fruit of the wisdom of the second generation of collective leadership of the Chinese Communist in the new era and new situation. It was an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s thought, it inherited Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong’s thought on anti-corruption, and made them advanced. Deng Xiaoping led the whole party and the National People’s process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, creatively opened up a new way of anti-corruption. Standing at historical height, Based on practice and Chinese reality, Deng Xiaoping formed his thought on anti-corruption and building a clean government, to meet the needs of current development.At the Twelfth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Deng Xiaoping profoundly summarized CPC’s historical lessons and experiences since it was born, and the practical experiences in anti-corruption and building a clean government since the third session of the eleventh central committee of the party. He put forward anti-corruption system of thought in another way, ending the ideological Mao Zedong era of corruption seen as the ideological style questions or understanding of the theory of the interclass conflict for the first time; firstly promoting the anti-corruption a great change of fighting against power corruption to system corruption. It is a great progress of the thought on anti-corruption and building a clean government.There is a great theoretical and practical significance to study Deng Xiaoping’s thought on anti-corruption and building a clean government systematically. It will improve CPC’s anti-corruption theoretical system, guide the new phase of the anti-corruption work, and strengthen the capacity building of the ruling party.This paper focuses on the process of formation and development of Deng Xiaoping’s thought on anti-corruption and building a clean government, the main principles and guidelines, approaches and initiatives, in order to have an accurate and comprehensive understanding, and explain its meaning on theory and practice for this stage.There are three parts:The first part focuses on the process of formation and development of Deng Xiaoping’s thought on anti-corruption and building a clean government, mainly to clarify the theoretical basis, practical basis, and divisions of time of his thought.
