Case Study On Network Of Political Action Of Xiangzhou District Of Zhuhai City

With the development of information technology, especially the fast update andprogress of the modern network technology, the information exchange channelsbetween human society, the basic organization of the channels of communication andsocial management have changed, the network makes great important impact of thesocial mode of operation and the operation of the government. As the growingpopularity of the network and Internet users, the traditional government services to themasses, and the way of masses monitoring the government also have monumental shift.The network politics came into being under this change of network behavior in recentyears and achieved good results in practice of China. In recent years, researchers havedone a series of researches on network politics, and their efforts have borne fruits. Butthere are few fruits that analyzes the current situation and effect of network politics insome specific areas, at the same time there are lack of works that summarize the of thesuccessful experience or lessons of regional network of in these special areas. Therefore,the study of network politics of the a specific local government system has importanttheoretical significance to promote the successful experience of the network politics,improve government management and service, which also with great significance toimprove government efficiency.This article is selected a research object consisting of leading level in the networkpolitics, which located in Guangdong Province named Xiangzhou District. After acomprehensive analysis of domestic and international research on network politicsusing literature research, case studies and statistical analysis, this paper summarizes themode of Xiangzhou district’s network political action in these aspects as service rightand accountability, a future development of the network political of the government andthe significance of the other cities are put forwarded.The content of this dissertation is as follows:1) The summary of the development process of network political action anddefinitional the concept of the network political and network democracy are researchedin the first part. Other more, an overview of domestic and international research on network political are given. With the construction of network information become animportant means of government management, we came to the conclusion that networkpolitical will be treated more and more important in Chinese government management.Based on which, the significance of the study as well as the main idea of this paperresearch and technical means are pointed out in this parton.2) The formation process, basic practices and implementation results as well asdetailed situation of network political in Xiangzhou district situation are discussed,which provides a basis for further analysis on the characteristics, mode of experienceand the results achieved of network political of Xiangzhou network political.3) Using the qualitative analysis, statistical analysis and lengthwise and crosswisecomparison analysis together, this paper explore the basic situation of accountabilitysystem service form and right principle of the network political in Xiangzhou districtGovernment. At the same time, in order to optimize the countermeasures proposed fornetwork political, it analyzes the various constraints factor during the process of usingnetwork political for Xiangzhou district government system to explore the problems andcauses that exists in the network political system of Xiangzhou District government.4) Based on the former analysis of Xiangzhou District network political, the paperproposed optimize countermeasures of network political.
