How to fairly and impartially evaluate comprehensive performance of civil servants in daily discharge of duties, has always been plagued by civil service management. Although rich experience has been accumulated both home and abroad from theory to practice, the "key" to solve the crack problem has not been found.China state administration of civil service system established late, but exploring of effective methods to examine civil servants’ performance has never been terminated. To strengthen the unified management of civil servants, China central government especially established state administration of civil service, and link system to regular exchange innovative experience of the civil service examination, which strongly impetus relative theory research, exchange of achievements and innovative practice.Since2008, Nanchang administration for industry and commerce has been exploring effective ways to strengthen examination and management of civil servants of its own. After several years of exploration, the model of based informationization to deepen quantitative posts assessment has been gradually formed, which improves scientific management level of its work team and results significant achievements, concerns and praise. The state administration of civil service determined to promote the model through the country.This paper attempts to research the Nanchang administration for industry and commerce civil servants’ performance assessments model, and try to summarize the key points of applying information technology to quantify the performance of civil servants, refining a reference to promotion.
