Fhe Current Situation Of Private Colleges’Primary Party Organization Work And The Countermeasures Research

The construction of private colleges’primary party organizations is an important part of party construction work in private colleges, shouldering the important task of training builders and successors for the socialism cause. Writing this article is for strengthening the construction standardization of private colleges’party building work and improving the scientific level of party construction. This article revolves around the analysis of the opportunities and the challenges in the primary party organization’s work, based on the construction theory of primary party organization, literature method, survey method, individual interview method and experience summary method used to explain the characteristics, status and role of private colleges. This article also centers around the objective analysis of the current situation of primary party organization’s work and the reasons of the problems existing in private colleges’s primary party organization construction, based on the reality of the private colleges’ and the survey and interview in Quanzhou’s private colleges. At the end of the article, i put forward some suggestions for improving the work of primary party organization in private colleges in terms of the innovation of the channels of how private colleges’primary party organization plays a role and the innovation of educational management systems for private colleges’party members, as well as the improvement of safeguard mechanism for private colleges’ primary party organizations.
