This paper centers on the domestic politics factors which influence Malaysianpolicy on China and the relation between the domestic politics factors and policies onChina. The paper aims to provide offering reference for handling Sino-Malaysian re-lations at an angle of domestic politics, in order to get better development of Si-no-Malaysian relationship.This paper includes the following: firstly, after Malaysian independent, one-partydominant system political union headed by UMNO played an determinative role inforeign decision-making,which constantly changed policy on China in the partiesgaming. Secondly, economic and trade contact between Sino-Malaysia has a longhistorical standing. Chinese play an important economic part in Malaysia, in additionthat the union comprised by Chinese businessmen and political elites have constantlyinfluenced the ruling classes to change the policy on China. The impetus of Chinesebusinessman as Pressure groups promotes the affiliation of Sino-Malaysia. Thirdly,the supreme leader-the prime minister of Malaysia has the highest decision-makingrights of foreign policy, their personal experiences and environment around their andpersonality and thought of psychological cognitive factors also affect its policy to-ward to China.Chinese has a large proportion in Malaysia, which is currently the most impor-tant strategic partner in the area of Southeast Asia. So far it has not an literature aboutpolicy on China at an angle of domestic politics, and papers interrelated are few andfar. Therefore, to study this issue has a significant theoretical and realistic meaning.
