The rapid progress of Information Communication and Technology opens completely new opportunities to attain higher levels of development, which has encouraged many governments to incorporate this new technology into their national economic development strategies. E-government is an important application within ICT and has become more significant in the agenda of policy and decision making worldwide. E-government has created a new medium that changes the nature of the whole public sector and its relationship with other constituencies. It has had a profound effect on various socioeconomic and political aspects of societies. This study aims at identifying the extent of the adoption of the Yemeni citizen e-government services, and it has been collecting data from secondary sources, through reference books, magazines, periodicals, websites and other sources. The initial sample of Yemeni society amounted to711individuals across the social networking site via Facebook. Descriptive analytical method is used in analyzing the data and to get the program results, and SPSS application is used to calculate the regression and others statistical test results.Based on the included case study of Yemen in chapter4, the result shows that the adopted model proposed will provide better support to decision-makers for facilitating e-government implementation and adoption. The following are recommendations from the research:The e-government portal should be a more user-friendly and be integrated with tutorials for the end-user interface, and awareness of the services should be promoted using common accessible media outlets. During service trials, the government should enhance trust with the citizen. M-government services should be provided to no-internet areas. For future researches, it is recommended that e-government projects should not be based on a single case study, as they may encounter more challenges in implementation. The culture factor should also be taken into account. In the future study, the research should focus on the factors affecting the e-government implementation.
