Multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) is the process of selecting the optimal solution to achieve the optimal target from a finite number of programs. In all fields of social life, there are a large number of MCDM problems. Now the problem of multi-criteria decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy set and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFSs) make great progress. However, there is little research of multi-criteria decision making problems in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number. MCDM problems based on Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is a branch of the extendantion of fuzzy mathematics and intuition fuzzy set’s fusion, and interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is an expression of quantitating the decision-making program’criteria, Compared with the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set,the expression of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision program is more dimensionless, and the fuzzy information taken into account more comprehensive and more subtle. So the study of MCDM problems based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is of great significance.We write this paper based on the existing study of MCDM method on fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, IVIFSs,interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy. Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers including interval-valued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers, but there is only some basic research about them, and the interval-valued intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and interval intuitionistic triangle fuzzy numbers also do not have the depth extension and research. The researching of this paper is about the multi-criteria decision-making methods on interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number, and the specific research work and results are as follows:(1)We improved and supplemented the existing algorithm of interval-valued intuitionistic triangle fuzzy number; This article focused on the pros and cons of the existing scoring function, and analyzed the deficiencies of existing score functions and based on these deficiencies, we proposed a new score functions of intuitionistic fuzzy sets.The new scoring function makes up for the deficiencies of existing score functions and for the effectiveness of the scoring function, we considered the full impacting factors, and with appropriate examples to prove its effectiveness, at the same time, on the basis of the proposed new scoring function, we extended it to the multi-criteria decision making problems which based on interval intuition triangular fuzzy number, The last example of program evaluation proved the validity and rationality of the scoring function.(2)We studied the entropy using in interval-valued intuitionistic triangle fuzzy number MCDM problems, and based on the existing fuzzy entropy and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, proposed the in interval-valued intuitionistic triangle fuzzy entropy formula. The extension of interval-valued intuitionistic triangle fuzzy entropy is handling the orders of magnitude relationship between the fuzzy numbers with membership degree. After standardized the triangular fuzzy number and unified the number of class, we proof the conditions proposed by the interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy entropy to meet the definition of entropy. Finally, with count examples demonstrated its rationality. We also proposed interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy cross entropy, and with numerical example shows the interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy cross entropy reasonable.(3) We studied the possible degrees of interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy, and mainly on account of fuzziness of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We proposed the possible degrees formula of interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number and interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy operator which induced by the degree of fuzzy. The possible formulas of interval-valued intuitionistic triangle fuzzy number and induced interval-valued intuitionistic triangular fuzzy operator are all taken into account the impact of ambiguity on the program, and with the combination of both of them, fully consider the vagueness of decision problem, and the numerical example shows its rationality.
