Now the land use and land cover field and Landscape Ecology fieldare the current domestic and foreign hot research fields,Arid Area Oasis because of its special geographical environment, systematic study of its land use and landscape ecological pattern for guiding the construction of eco-regions to achieve sustainable development of great significance. This paper that used RS and GIS technology, is based on the Beitun region of remote sensing images, the integrated use of to the city circle of land use structure change, land use conversion and land dynamic and change the landscape pattern, analyzes reasons for such changes, and puts forward the corresponding proposal. Here are the main points.(1) Between2005and2013the number of land use and structure evolution from the evolution of the rate of evolution of land use, land-use to analyze the evolution of three degrees. Land use structure changed Beitun City, presented as farmland, urban and rural residential land mines, waters increased, unused land and farmland decreasing trend, cause the system to reduce the green area of structural H decline; greatest rate of change in the rate of land-use change class type is green, and the second is that urban and rural residential land mines, followed by arable land, the waters, the minimum rate of change is unused land. Comprehensive index of land use is increasing, indicating the extent of land use on the rise process.(2)2005-2013class turn out around the area, turn out green area﹥unused land﹥farmland﹥water﹥urban and rural industrial land, into an area the size of the order is arable﹥unused land﹥green﹥water﹥urban and rural residents in mining land.(3)2005-2013among landscape features appear on the evolution of the level of fragmentation increases plaque, reducing the concentration degree landscape features; presentation on the overall level of landscape fragmentation increases, reducing the concentration of the landscape, landscape diversity and heterogeneity enhanced characteristics.(4) Land use change including natural and human factors in two areas where there are natural factors include climate and geological and hydro logical aspects, human factors include demographic, economic, and policy in three areas.(5) Regional ecological aspects of landscape construction to proceed from an ecological response, combined with land-use trends, proposed land use patterns corresponding to generalize based on the principle of achieving sustainable development in the region.
