Material as the foundation for the development of the industry, as a social the symbol of civilization and progress, in the course of development of human society, the birth of new material, to a certain extent promote the whole social progress. The emergence of polymer nano composites materials, which greatly convenient and satisfying the people’s production and life. Nano conductive polyaniline and polyacetylene, namely the polyaniline and polyacetylene nano materials, because conducting polymers suit with the function and the characteristic of the nano particles, science and technology has already caused the people’s extensive concern, and become a new hotspot of the materials. Solid templates (also called "hard template" method), polymer micro/nano material is one of the main chemical methods of preparation. This article template is by single scattered colloidal microspheres, focus on characteristics with single scattered colloid microspheres and polymer, looking for a low consumption and simple method for synthetic polymer nanometer material, and optimizing the performance of the polymer for the purpose. The research content mainly includes the following respects:(1) Monodisperse poly-aniline hollow microsphere are synthetized by in-situ polymerization wayIn polystyrene(PS) as template, the colloidal PS particles with carboxyl group were synthesized herein, and surface sulfonation prior to deposition of the conducting polymer is not needed. The carboxyl group serves as countercharged site for adsorption of aniline monomers as well as chemical dopant for the growing conducting polymer. This process is simple (one-step), environmentally benign, and could provide an opportunity for formation of hollow PANI sphere with uniformity and well-controlled surface morphology. Different reaction conditions the products of morphology, thickness and electric conductivity is tested, and the aniline polymerization process suitable growth conditions are discussed by electron microscopy, infrared, ultraviolet spectrum, electric conductivity and XRD.(2) Monodisperse poly-aniline hollow microsphere are composed by Layer-by-layer methodResearch in solution system, using silica(SiO2) as a template, join poly-electrolytes, through the static adsorption, each with different thickness of the independent poly-aniline hollow balls are assembled by layer-by-layer. The temperature, Aniline/APS(Moore ratio), adsorption time, aniline concentration and pH of the influence of the adsorption process are discussed by electron microscopy, infrared, ultraviolet spectrum, electric conductivity, concluded that the optimum poly-electrolytes concentration, temperature, time, monomer concentration of synthesis conditions.(3) Poly-phenyl acetylene photonic crystals film is prepared by in-situ polymerization methodBecause PPV has the characteristics of organic light, in the process of the spontaneous radiation with energy loss, to the detriment of photoelectric conversion, research from the use of SiO2photonic forbidden band stop PPV electroluminescent light, further realize from the electric to light conversion efficiency of PPV. First, particle size of SiO2theory is calculated by the PL spectrum of PPV.Then, according to the reflection spectrum of different size SiO2, through the experiment in order to look for the best size for SiO2particles. The concentration of C16H24C12S2and temperature to influence for formation of the PPV are discussed by electron microscopy, infrared, fluorescence spectrum.
