For synthesis of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR1502)under keeping theparameters of polymerization prossess and using necessary additives, the variouspreparations not containing nitrosamine as polymerization reaction terminator wereused.We used alkyl/aryl para-phenylene diamine antioxidant EPPD in coagulationprocess and changed quantity of the environmental benign terminator to ensure theperformances of SBR1502specimen’s for meeting the premium grade requirementsof the national standards and the amounts of the nitrosamines compound to meetthe requirement of European Environmental Protective standards.The study showedthat the environmental benign terminator C has an excellent termination property toproduce SBR1502E and during the stage of the coagulation and drying,it has noobvious odour. The specimen performance test report given by Beijing researchinstitute of rubber showed that the environmental benign SBR1502E had also metthe premium grade requirements of the national. The terminators named by A、Bthrough portion-wise adding in application of industrial production process had anexcellent termination performance and promoted the tensile stress together by usingtrialkyl ammonia chloride as well as the fixed nets were not clogged in coagulatiounit.
