In this thesis, Dionex ICS-5000, the latest capillary ion chromatography was used to develop new determination method for several complex matrix samples, involving micro-dialysis and column-switching as the pretreatment methods. The diameter of capillary column was small, and the flow rate was low, so less sample volume was needed, which was suitable for the analysis of precious samples. In addition, ICS-5000comes with dual-systems, which can be used to establish column-switching method to eliminate complex sample matrices online. In pretreatment part, the flow-rate was standard, so the analytes can be collected quickly by enrichment column, after that, the collected-analytes was washed into capillary column with microliter level flow-rate. It is means standard injection and capillary detection, thus the detection sensitivity was improved greatly. This paper consists of four chapters.Chapter one introduces the capillary ion chromatography, including capillary column, eluent generator, injection system, detector, and other component parts. And provides a brief overview of two pretreatment methods:micro-dialysis and column-switching.In chapter two, the determination of adenosine phosphate (ATP, ADP, AMP) in blood was realized firstly by ion chromatography. Both standard method and capillary method were developed. In capillary method, microdialysis was used as pretreatment method with satisfactory results. In chapter three, a new capillary ion chromatography column-switching method was established, and used to detect inorganic anions in water-soluble organic solvents with lower detection limits. In this method, the capillary monolithic anion concentrator (MAC200) was used as the enrichment column, which was compatible with both standard system and capillary system. In chapter four, a new ion exclusion-capillary ion chromatography column-switching method was established, and used to detect inorganic anions in concentrated weak acid, such as hydrofluoric, formic, acetic, propionic, butyric, valeric, caproic, lactic, hydrogen peroxide, succinic, adipic, malic, tartaric, fumaric, salicylic and citric.
