Tobacco leaf re-drying is one of important links in the production of tobacco. The water of fresh tobacco leaf is removed by farmers after the fist baked, but it could not reach the standard of ready-made cigarette, then re-drying process is needed. The temperature and water whether could reach the craft standard in the tobacco leaf re-drying, which directly impact the target and downstream processes including tobacco primary process、packing and so on. There are drying area、cooling area and conditioning area in the re-drying process. The drying area is the key parameters to the whole re-drying process and is main research object to this paper. When the tobacco leaf is dried, the water of tobacco leaf will fell to critical moisture. The leaf fragrance is showed and satiation. In order to scratch the technical standards provided and re-drying rate, involved the water and temperature of tobacco leaf efficiently control is very important.Moisture eliminating ratio is one of key parameters to measure how much water contained in the drying area。There are many influenced factors of moisture eliminating ratio rate, which are environment temperature, environment absolute humidity, temperature of the ventilation of region, absolute humidity of the ventilation of region and exhaust air rate. This influenced factors make the moisture eliminating ratio hardly is directly measured online. Paper uses multiple linear regression analysis method and multiple stepwise regression analysis method, establishing the soft-sensing model of moisture eliminating ratio and validates the effectiveness of model.On the basic of creating the soft-sensing model of moisture eliminating ratio, by seriously analyzing, develop heat balance dynamic mathematical models.Contrasting the simulation results about the general PID decoupling and fuzzy decoupling on the effectiveness of control, gains optimal controlling schemes and lays the groundwork for the control on temperature and moisture eliminating ratio.The paper make full use of Matlab powerful complex calculations function and WinCC6.0friendly human interaction function, and study the data communication problems between the Matlab fuzzy decoupling program and the industrial control configuration software WinCC by OPC interface. This provide efficiently way to achieve drying area fuzzy control in engineering.One of the characteristics of this paper is to establish the soft-sensing model of moisture eliminating ratio and the mathematical model of heat balance in the heating zone. The other feature is to make use of fuzzy control to improve heating zone effect further.
