Manuscript Atlas Used In Apparel Design

Sketch book plays an important role in the process of fashion design.It is nowwidely used among artists and designers from different countries.In China,wehave lessons in this field but still have some weaknesses on both theoretical sideand practical side comparing with other Wesrern countries,and sometimes it isneglected. This task shows the inspiriation and influention to fashion designwhen designers using sketch books,it is aimed at how to break the limits ofthought and the bound of tradition.Practical research on using sketch book inthe process of fashion design is the mainly content of this paper.The author accomplished this paper by collecting information and analyzingcases under the tutors’ guidience which used both theoretical research andpractical research.This task provided the train of thought and a way for thedevelopment of Chinese fashion design,also for designers to widen their mindsand breakthrough the model of theaching.
