Land Remediation Impact Assessment Study On The Natural Environment

At present, land management has become a total arable land dynamic balancepolicy is the most direct, the most effective means. In the process of implementation,land reclamation is to use engineering and biological measures, the fields, water, road,forest, village to carry on the comprehensive improvement, by increasing theeffective arable land, improving land quality and efficiency, to improve productionand living conditions, finally realizes the dynamic balance of cultivated land. Inpractice, people gradually realized from a broader perspective to look at deeper landmanagement, namely in ensuring effective arable land, protecting national foodsecurity, on the basis of the positive development of ecological land managementwork, to ensure that the biological diversity and ecosystem balance, realize thesustainable use of land resources.Nowadays, our country land management is still in its primary stage, evaluationcontent and technical method is still not enough perfect, most evaluation methodsmainly on qualitative and quantitative is complementary, lack of system and completestudy. Therefore, establish and improve the natural environment influence evaluationindex system of land regulation, quantitative evaluation method, not only can enrichthe land regulation theory, promote the maturity of the system of land regulationtheory, and to regulate land regulation and guidance practice activities, improve thegovernment’s investment has important practical significance.According to the characteristics of the land reclamation project, this paper inreference to the research result of the construction of a large amount of land on thebasis of the system are analyzed in the process of land reclamation construction mayinfluence on the natural environment and comprehensive summary. Secondly, in viewof the special mountain hilly landscape of yunnan province, respectively, in yunnanprovince in the north, yunnan, dian south three typical project area as an example,attempt to establish natural environmental influencing evaluation index system of land regulation, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to evaluate threeprojects, through the comparison and analysis of the evaluation results among the,reveals that different regions of yunnan province for the land improvement project fornatural environments and the effects of the degree is different. Finally, for how toreduce the influence degree of the natural environment in the process of landregulation related countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Most land management theory and practice, past research is mostly based onindividual land renovation projects for analysis. And there is no from the concreteengineering of land reclamation construction, determine the effects of theconstruction for the natural environment. This paper respectively in yunnan provincein the north, yunnan, dian south three typical project area as an example, attempt toestablish natural environmental influencing evaluation index system of landregulation, comparing changes in the indicators before and after the land reclamation,and introduced the evaluation score standard basis and evaluation process, throughthe comparative analysis of comprehensive judgment in different parts of the landimprovement project for the effects of the natural environment, natural environmentimpact assessment for the future similar project provides the theory and method onthe basis.
