With the continuous depletion of conventional crude oil, heavy oil as a kind of special oil, the reserve is extremely rich in the world and our country. The status and role of heavy oil are more and more important in the world energy structure. Heavy oil pipeline transportation problem is one of the main factors that plagued the development of oilfield, the development of the viscosity reduction of heavy oil gathering process has become an important topic in the world oil industry.In recent years, the research on emulsification for the exploiting viscous crude oil technology is extremely active. In order to improve the effect of Henan heavy oil pipeline transportation, this paper studied the emulsification system on YQ19, BQ10and G4917three kinds of heavy oil in view of the actual situation of heavy oil reservoir in Henan oilfield. Through selection of8kinds of single surfactant, choose the good effect of reduction ratio and stability of emulsion. Using alkali as additives, make the cross-test design experimental technique to select the best formula for the heavy oil. In the light of the complexing surface active agent, this paper made some optimization study and performance test. Emulsifier concentrations, oil-water ratio, salinity, temperature on the effect of emulsified heavy oil are studied systematically. The evaluation found, reducing agent concentration was0.3%wt, the ratio of oil to water in between7:3to6:4, can achieve the best effect of viscosity reduction. Simulation of formation water in high salinity (salinity15000mg/L) for evaluation of viscosity reducing effect on viscosity reduction, found that surfactant overall viscosity reduction effect is good, and can make a very good effect in reducing viscosity.For further studies on the heavy oil properties and emulsifying viscosity influence factors and mechanism of emulsion reducing viscosity, the three kinds of heavy oil in Henan oilfield are studied by viscosity-temperature characteristics and the experiment of separating the four components of oil. Further analysis of the microstructure of heavy oil asphaltene and colloid constitute using of IR and UV spectrum. IR, UV and tem analysis of the heavy oil viscosity reduction before and after, and heavy oil emulsion were observed and photographed using a microscope, and analysis from the microscopic aspects of heavy oil emulsification and viscosity reduction mechanism. Analyse the O/W type emulsion influence factors by using dehydration experiment on heavy oil, and research the emulsifier content and water content on the effects of emulision microstructure.Developed for heat resistance salt resitant emulsification viscosity reduction system, this paper has carried on the field application, and it shows that the construction wells extend the production cycle. The production situation improved obviously, and steam stimulation has improved. It has achieved good effect.
