Causes And Management Of Agricultural Nonpoint Source Pollution

Intensification of agricultural nonpoint source pollution and human attention on the ecological environment, agricultural nonpoint source pollution control work has become an important part of a national and regional environmental protection and sustainable development of agriculture. In recent years, with the further deterioration of the ecological environment of China’s vast rural areas, a large area of water pollution and watershed pollution occurs frequently, China has successively promulgated a series of policies and regulations, but the implementation of these policies and regulations are not effectively curb this caused agricultural nonpoint source pollution concerned about the community of the relevant state began to question the effectiveness of governance policies and operability, also aroused great concern of theoretical workers. The broad theoretical workers for agricultural nonpoint source pollution study focused on the differences between point source pollution and point source pollution, including the concept, connotation, the formation mechanism of governance mode.The research object of this paper is the agricultural nonpoint source pollution in the hilly area of Sichuan province. On the basis of relevant theoretical research, the system-of agricultural nonpoint source pollution and agricultural land, agricultural production organization, as well as farmers’ income structure between intrinsically linked to the basic assumptions of the theory, establishing relevant econometric model, the relevant data of the hilly area of Sichuan Province for the study sample of the proposed the theoretical model is validated. Firstly, an analysis of the theory through theoretical research on agricultural non-point source pollution, raising research hypothesis; collect relevant data, to use SPSS17statistical analysis software for correlation and regression analysis of the data, verification inspection by structural equation model; The results showed that:the stability of the system of agricultural land and agricultural non-point source pollution has relevance; positive correlation of the current organization of agricultural production and agricultural non-point source pollution; income structure of farmers and agricultural non-point source pollution negative. Finally, put forward governance mode and policy recommendations on agricultural nonpoint source pollution from the angle of common.
