| In this thesis, the formulation of40.0%Metsulfuron-methyl·bensulfuron-methyl Water dispersible granule and its quality testing methods as well as weeds control and safety to rice were studied. Then the composition and proportion of various ingredients of40.0%Metsulfuron-methyl·bensulfuron-methyl Water dispersible granule was identified. The biological activity of this formulation was determined by field trial. The results were as follow:The40.0%Metsulfuron-methyl-bensulfuron-methyl WG composition and contents were ultimately determined by screening on dispersing agentã€wetting agentã€binderã€disintegrating agentã€safenerã€ã€adjuvantã€filler, and so on. And the formula was as below: Metsulfuron-methyl(7.0%), Bensulfuron-methyl(33.0%), Supragil WP(3.0%), Geropon T/36(3.0%),Ultrazone NA(6.0%). K2CO3(5.0%),SITREN619(5.0%), Safenr XS(3.0%). Kaoline(15.0%), Corn starch (Balance to100%)。Through the research on quality analysis method of the formula, we can draw the conclusion that the active ingredient of the formula are7.07%for Metsulfuron-methyl and3.04%for Bensulfuron-methyl. and the suspensibility can reach more than95%for initial and heat storage sample(54℃/14days). After heat storage at54℃for14days, the chemical degradation for Metsulfuron-methyl was1.7%, for bensulfuron-methyl, it was0.97%. Thus, all physical and chemical properties were good for initial and heat storage.From the field trial, it was found:After application40days at90g/ha dosage, the result of our sample showed that the control rate of various weeds can reach more than90%such as Monochoria vaginalisã€Fimbristylis miliaceaã€Cyperus iriaã€Cyperus difformis; and for the Echinochloa Crusgalli, the control rate can reach88.7%, and for Leptochloa chinensis, it can reach73.4%; the result of control sample showed that the control rate of various weeds can reach more than80%such as Monochoria vaginalisã€Fimbristylis miliaceaã€Cyperus iria Cyperus difformis; and for the Echinochloa Crusgalli, the control rate can reach80.4%, and for Leptochloa chinensis, it can reach66.8%. It suggested that the control rate of our sample was obvious better than the control sample. Although the control sample (10.0%Metsulfuron·Bensulfuron WP) is a good rice herbicide in the market, the control sample has phytotoxicity to rice. Compared with control sample, our sample (40.0%Metsulfuron·Bensulfuron WG) did not have phytotoxicity to rice. Through formula optimization, the phytotoxicity to rice has been resolved, meanwhile, the efficacy has been increased. |
