Underground Coal Mine Water With The Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Similarities And Differences With The "Guidelines" Of Applicability

In our country, Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Groundwater Environment (TGEIA-GE) was promulgated in June1st,2011, which improves the technology of the groundwater EIA. TGEIA-GE is used all kinds of constructional projects. By assessing the groundwater EIA of a water source and a coal mines, the author summarizes the differences between of them, and analysis of the applicability of TGEIA-GE.This paper contains five chapter. In Chapter Ⅰ, the author introduces the history of the EIA, and summarizes the main research content. In Chapter Ⅱ and Chapter Ⅲ, the author assesses the groundwater EIA of a water source and a coal mines:1) The author analyzes the overview of the project, investigates the preliminary environment, and determines the rank of evaluation, which is the basis to determine the reasonable scheme for the groundwater EIA.2) The author investigates the regional geology and the hydrogeology, and evaluates the present situation of the groundwater environment by using the single factor and the fuzzy factor.3) The author forecasts the water variation and water quality by using the numerical simulation method and the analytical method.4) The author offers the prevention measures. In Chapter Ⅳ, through researching the groundwater EIA of the water source and the coal mines, the author analyzes the differences among the evaluation procedure, the evaluation content and the evaluation technology, and discusses the problems about the TGEIA-GE in guiding all kinds of construction projects. In Chapter Ⅴ, the author summarizes the paper and offers suggestion.
