| Mining wasteland showed ecological imbalance, landscape fragmentation. And thehigh content of heavy metals in the soil, will cause the air and water pollution, harmfulto human health. Mining wasteland restoration become one of our most urgent problemto be solved.Based on investigation of the environmental conditions of abandonedDongxiangqiao manganese mine,our made this experiment that by selecting two nativekinds plants from Xiangnanqiao which have better extraction efficiency on absorbingmetal from soil for potted cultivation, and analysing their abilities on extractionefficiency under different inducted condition based on by adding different annexing intothe soil.Suit one’s measures to local conditions put forward measures andCountermeasures of the manganese mine wasteland phytoremediation., in order toprovide a reference for the practical application of the manganese mine wastelandecological restoration.Firstly, by using the geoaccumulation index and lars Hahanson index of potentialecological harm, Our analysed and compared different areas within South of Hunan,which are abandoned mainly Mn developed area. And Our found these areas are badlypolluted by Cb,Mn and Pb and geoaccumulation index of Cd went beyond5. In order ofmost polluting, it goes Cd, Mn, Pb, Cu and Zn. Also the Lars Hakanson index indicatedthat these area were very badly polluted by heavy metal. After researching of tail waterof river of this area, the crops could be also populated which are not suggested to befood.Second, Through a comprehensive investigation on the plant resources inDongxiangqiao, Yongzhou, and tested18advantaged plants, and results show that,Polygonum criopolitanum, Pokeberry root, Mallotus apelta, mayberry, Eurya alataKobuski, oak, Puberulous Glochidion Herb, and Cinnamomum burmannii have strongtolerance of heavy metal. The Pokeberry root, the Mallotus apelta, and the PuberulousGlochidion Herb exhibiting dominant quantity at the early restoration period in themanganese ore area can be used as the pioneer plants of ecological restoration. ThePolygonum criopolitanum and the Pokeberry root are ideal all phytoremediation speciesfor Mn pollution soil. Especially, the manganese content of the ground part of thePolygonum criopolitanum is greater the critical standard10000mg/kg, while themanganese enrichment coefficient of its blade reaches2.75. The research also showsthat the Chinese yam can be chosen for repairing the serious soil erosion in the wasted land such as slag zone and tailings dam. Pb, Cd, and Cr contents of the edible parts ofartificial plants such as crop pepper and radish exceed critical standard. Hence it is notgood to grow crops at the early recovery period.Finally, two kinds of plants, polygonum criopolitanum and phytolacca acinosawere selected for cultivation as experiment material that we made it four groups of eachplant of the two, and offered discarded waster after beer production to the first group,EDTA to the second, compost humic to the third, and quicklime to the fourth,Hydratedlime to the fifth. After two months, Our decomposed the plant samples by wetdecomposed way and confirmed how much heavy metal in it by AAS. Also weconfirmed how much heavy metal, like manganese, in the soil by used by used MgCl2toabsorb heavy metal from the soil we used. After that, we found that EDTA anddiscarded waster after beer production have good revulsive effect as help for the plantsto absorb heavy metal from the soil and especially the discarded water after beerproduction is of significant effect of cadmium removal, which could be a good choice asannexing agent of local plants to recover ecological balance of this polluted area. |
