| In this paper, all the experiments are based on the means membrane separation treatment, which is used for recovering the nickel plating rinse wastewater in some electroplating factory of Jiangmen. By comparing the chemical precipitation and the electrodialysis method to the organic matter removal efficiency, finally determines the electrodialysis method to separate to remove nickel plating liquid recycling of organic matter. In the chemical precipitation respectively investigating the solution pH, reaction temperature and reaction time on the system layer Ni(OH)2precipitate size. In the electrodialysis method examining the influence on the remove of organic matter in different Working Voltage, Feed Quantity and Concentrated Solution Room flux. The research provides a new way to the further processing of electronickelling liquid recovery.Main research results are as follows:(1) The results of Chemical precipitation process the recovery liquid of nickel plating indicate that Chemical precipitation is not applicable for the organic matter removal of the nickel plating in the recovery liquid. Although the nickel ion content in the supernatant fluid is almost zero, but because of its high pH, and contain high concentrations of organic matter, can’t direct emissions, need after processing. So this method is not applicable for industrial applications.(2)The results of Electrodialysis method for treatment of nickel electroplating research show that Electrodialysis method can effectively remove organic matter of nickel plating recovery liquid. Its conditions of optimization result is:the operating voltage U=5.5V, feed flow rate Q=6L/h, strong chamber flow Q’=6L/h. Under the condition of the process, system operation6h, the removal rate of relatively COD is60%, Ni2+in the chamber can be concentrated to the original2.7times.The research results show that chemical precipitation cannot very good remove the organic matter in the nickel plating recycling liquid, and cause the secondary pollution. Electrodialysis method of nickel electroplating in the recovery liquid separation have very good organic matter removal efficiency, and simple operation, low energy consumption. |
