| Project quality refers to a characteristic synthesis of meeting the proprietor, design information and engineering contracts, as well as the existing national regulations and standard requirements of project constructions. The core of this paper is how to implement management of the project construction quality. This paper makes a practical research on the quality management of solid waste incineration and ash landfill reservoir area project based on the summary of the relevant domestic and international theories. The quality management begins with a series of quality planning work:the definition of project quality goals, planning and organization’s establishment, the improvement of quality assurance measures, etc. Then begin to implement comprehensive quality control with various key quality factors of project design phase, construction phase, and completion acceptance phase from the angle of the proprietor. Finally, make effective quality improvements on quality problems arise from the construction process to ensure that the quality of projects are in line with objectives and requirements and pass the final acceptance successfully. The purpose of improving project quality is achieved by strengthening quality planning and process control. Research results of this paper also provide the proprietor with valuable experience in the quality management practices of similar project programs in the future. |
