So we also should reform production equipment when we are researchingthe material performance about magnesium alloy.As a test bench, the most important designs to the cast rolling machine arethe designs to the whole frame structure and the cast-rollers. And the design tothe whole frame structure lies in that we can find out the best angle formagnesium alloy with different types through many tests to improve theproperties of magnesium alloy because the properties of magnesium alloy isconnected with the angle of the cast rolling. The other problem is that the worseductility, the destiny and the small heat capacity which can make the heat losemore quickly cause the cracking of the edge of magnesium alloy in the processof cast rolling. The design of the edges for the best temperature to solve theproblem about cracking. At the same time, the stress and strain of importantparts of the magnesium alloy caster are analyzed.And even the vibrationanalysis is carried out to protect the process smoothly. |
