| Nano-silver fabric as a new functional fabric with excellent antibacterial properties is being paid more and more attention. At present, the nano-silver fabric are widely used in various industries and has made remarkable achievements. Therefore, the study of the Influence of silver ion fiber content on antibacterial property of fabrics has significance for promoting the development of nano-silver fabricThe physical and chemical properties of nano-sliver fiber and yarn including nano-sliver content and friction property, as well as breaking strength of chemical reagents treated fiber is mainly studied in this paper. Different nano-sliver content fabric have been designed and produced based on the research and analysis the performance of the fiber and yarn, and the antibacterial activity of the fabrics are tested to study, which can provide the important design guide for new product.Results show that the silver ion antimicrobial textiles belong to undissolved type; Staphylococcus aureus inhibition rate is greater than that of Escherichia coli; and when the content of silver ion fibers is up to10%,the fabrics display the best antibacterial property. After dyeing the anti-bacterial rate of the fabric decreased, and the influence of direct dyes was larger than reactive dyes. Other factors including the temperature, concentration, dye types also can influence the effect. in actual production, all of the factors should be comprehensively considered, to select the optimum technological parameters. |
