In Tunnel Heading and stoping period, we usually need excavation the single head roadway. In the process we have many Blasting operations. Blasting can speed up production, increase production efficiency. But it also can bring lot of harms for single head roadway. These harms include harmful gases and include Blaster. The Blaster will damage the ventilation duct and equipment. If ventilation equipment is damaged, people’s safety and production will be seriously threatened.In Tunnel Heading wok, how to efficient discharge the blasting has been a problem. For the problem of local ventilation duct can not near the Working point, resulting in low efficiency of ventilation and smoke exhaustion. This paper put forward "pulsating ventilation" to improve the efficiency of exhaust. I build a simulation test in the laboratory and using this manner to the wind ventilation. In fact the way to the wind is change the fan speed by controlling the blower on and off. After a period of time to continuous ventilation and then turn it off, and followed by cycle. When the fan is stopped, the smoke is diffuse and moves to the airflow active region. It is easy to exhaust the smoke out when fan is turned on again.Analysis and comparison constant aeration and ventilation effect of pulsating. I get the optimum parameters of pulsating ventilation. And got the conclusion of pulsating ventilation is better than constant ventilation. Pulsating ventilation can improve fan efficiency, reduce energy. For enterprises to improve production efficiency, save energy, reduce production costs provide a new ideas.
