With the digital development of the world, DSP (Digital Signal Processor) becomes the key deportment of the revolution. By the high speed development of the semiconductor technology, CPU and manufacturing process, DSP has become the primary component of the complex digital signal processing and the digital control system. Because of the need of digital control system, system logic and design scale, the product of DSP always upgrading. The traditional development progress cannot fulfill the target of quality and time, if there is not enough time for enterprises. Traditional development of control system contains hardware design, software design, coding and debug. The whole design cycle is long; development progress is complex and redundant. The hardware and software need to be design if the requirements of products have changed.There are many same software functions and hardware designs in different digital control system from contrast, such as A/D, D/A, man-machine interface, parameter storage. The development cycle would be shortening if these same departments could become the common system platform on which digital control system can do second develop.This paper proposes a real-time control system platform design by the use of DSP. TMS320F28069is the core processor which comes from TI (Texas Instruments) has much on-chip resource and efficient digital processing ability. By the SYS/BIOS, designing and extending some function, second development platform is constructed. This platform contains RS485communication function, MODBUS protocol, EEPROM memory function which support system parameter power down storage; data recording function which record system parameter and transmit to display on host computer; A/D function which output2lines voltage0-3.3by host computer or program; system controls functions and working time, which could fulfill the requirements. Adopt different control algorisms in different real-time control application could rapidly and efficiently finished developing.This paper design the hardware circuit and software function on DSP and real-time multitasking operating system. At last, summarize the whole system’s shortages and future work.
