Support Vector Machine(SVM), based on Statistical Learning Theory(SLT), is a new method of pattern recognition in recent years, and displays many unique advantages in small samples、6nonlinear and high-dimensional pattern recognition. It is a perfect machine learning algorithm in forecasting and classification, can forecast the future samples from studying the given samples, with firm theoretical basis and sound effects in practical application.This dissertation first analyzes the basic tenets of the support vector machines, uses the calculation method of virtual miss distance, designs the inner closed-loop calibration method of small-caliber anti-aircraft fire control system. Second it demonstrates form the results of error correction impact of inner closed-loop calibration, the theoretical basis of predicting the miss distance with SVM and the possibility of improving the small-caliber artillery fire control system, that the new method is feasible. In the end it introduced the software and hardware realization scheme of closed-loop calibration method of a certain type small-caliber artillery fire control system, completes the initial exploratory work of the closed-loop calibration method used in small-caliber artillery fire control system..Inner closed-loop calibration of small-caliber anti-aircraft fire control system, connected with the principle of closed-loop calibration method and fire and technologies of virtual closed-loop calibration, is a new fire control system of the closed-loop calibration method. It consists of two parts:one is the amendment of motion parameters and another is the virtual miss distance forecasting based on SVM. It is including many taches like:target tracking, discrimination rules of the target, modification of the target parameter, calculating data, computation of virtual miss distance, virtual miss distance forecasting based on SVM, feedback control. And mainly modifies the inconsistent error of fire control system caused by the assumption, it is a useful exploration to the closed-loop calibration of fire control system, and useful to improve the success rate of small-caliber artillery and Anti-Ballistic capability.
