| With social fast development and Transformation of economic development, people’s material life is getting better and better, but all kinds of diseases will follow. Specially heart disease is Very typical. ECG plays an extremely important role in the diagnosing, monitoring and defense of heart disease. Moreover, ECG also brings great progress and development for our basic medical research, clinical trials and diagnostics, and other treatment.This paper introduces design and implementation of a new ECG monitoring system, which is based on ADS1298and ARM712-lead wireless Holter monitoring system. The system which uses ARM7as MCU, ADS1298as a special signal acquisition module, and NewMsg-RF905as a wireless transmission, realizes real-time monitoring of12-lead ECG. The hardware part of the system is made up of front-end lead filter circuit, programmable amplifiers, right leg driving circuit, the related peripheral circuits of ADS1298and ARM7, NewMsg-RF905wireless transmission, and PACE detect circuits. The function is that the weak ECG filtered and amplified is converted by A/D converter, and after A/D conversion of the signal, digital signals are transmitted to the host computer in a wireless way. In addition, PACE detection circuit can detect the pacing signal the ECG signal contained, to tell the system through the GPIO port. The software part includes the following aspects:the related register controlling of ads1298and ARM7, ads1298digital format parsing, the extraction of digital signal,and SPI bus controlling. Its function is to achieve normal ECG digital format parsing, extraction, reorganization and display. The collected data can also be stored in the computer hard disk for some related non-real-time analysis, or later query. Each sub-module divided by certain function is used in the program structure, and so can achieve good scalability.This paper’s thesis is to achieve real-time dynamic monitoring of the12-lead ECG. After the commissioning, This system realizes real-time capture and analysis of 12-lead ECG, signal wireless transmission, real-time display of ECG waveform in host computer and so on. This study mostly meets the expected targets, and lays the material foundation for other studies to further ECG. |
