| Objective To compare cellular immune function, T lymphocyte subgrouPtopography and neuroendocrine fuction between laparoscopic renal surgery and openrenal surgery by cell immunity rosette formation test, flow cytometry andradio-immunity.Methods53Patients with tumor of kidney were divided into laparoscopic renalsurgery group(LRS) and open renal surgery group (ORS) from Mar2011to Mar2013in our hospital. peripheral blood were assayed at time before operation, middle ofoperation,1day and4day after operation to detect chaplet rate of red blood cell,immune adherence enhancing factor activities, percentage of CD3, CD4, CD8, andβ-EP,ACTH and Cor.Results Patients in laparoscoPic renal surgery group showed lower hemorrhage inoperation and postoperative complications compared with open renal surgery groupLaparoscopic renal surgery and open renal surgery all decreased RBC-C3bRR andRFER levels, and increased RBC-ICR level. Laparoscopic renal surgery significantlyamelioration of cellular immune function compared with open renal surgery.Laparoscopic renal surgery and open renal surgery all decreased CD3, CD4, and CD8percentage. While laparoscopic renal surgery significantly these ameliorations thanopen renal surgery. Laparoscopic renal surgery and open renal surgery all decreasedβ-EP, ACTH, and Cor levels. While laparoscopic renal surgery significantly theseameliorations than open renal surgery.Conclusion The results demonstrated decreased blood loss, and postoperativeanalgesic requirements，shorter hospital stay from the laparoscopic procedures．Bothlaparoscopic and open renal surgery cause a certain degree of immune suppressionwhich is reversible．Laparoscopic renal surgery has less effect on immune functionthan traditional open surgery．Laparoscopic and open renal surgery cause a certain degree of surgical stress, and that laparoscopic surgery is markedly less stressful thanopen surgery in the early time after operation．... |
