Clinical Sansei Lipid Shu Type 2 Diabetes Sensitivity C-reactive Protein Impacts

Objective:To analysis the curative effect on high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with Type2Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) of SanShengTiaoZhiShu.Methods:we separate80patients diagnosed T2DM into two groups randomly. Control group include40persons take normal medicine to low blood sugar. The treated group include40persons take normal drugs added SanShengTiaoZhiShu. We observed the80patients three months, which were a course of treatment.Results:After treatment, In improving the clinical signs and symptoms, the curative effect of the treatement is better than the control group (P<0.05). The control group and the treatment group can also reduce serum hs-CRP levels in patients with type2diabetes, but the two groups after treatment group comparison P values<0.01. Control group before and after treatment in the improvement of TG, LDL-C level had no significant decline except TC. The treatment group before and after treatment TG, TC, LDL-C levels were reduced. The control group and the treatment group before and after treatment TC levels were decreased too, but compared to group2, the treatment group received the SanShengTiaoZhiShu more effective reducing TC levels.Conclusions:SanShengTiaoZhiShu could lower the hs-CRP of T2DM patients. In improving clinical symptoms, SanShengTiaoZhiShu had remarkable superiority compared to the control group, and it had no adverse effect. Our research shows, in traditional Chinese medicine treat method of TiaoYangPiShen, HuoXueHuaYu and HuaTanXieZhuo that SanShengTiaoZhiShu has better effect for T2DM’S treatment. Traditional Chinese therapy in treating T2DM has wide diagnostic value and development prospect in clinical medical science. Our reaserch also confirmed that the traditional Chinese medicine had considerable clinical value and widest foreground in treating T2DM and preventing it’s complicating disease.
