Investigation And Neonatal Doctor-patient Relationship

With the further development of China’s reform and opening, doctor-patientconflicts are becoming increasingly fierce, and doctor-patient relationship becomesone of the important problems in today’s society. It is not only a certain theoreticalsignificance, but also an important practical significance to research and solve theproblem. The doctor-patient relationship in different departments have differentcharacteristics. This article, which based on the empirical investigation, uses the firstpeople’s hospital in Bijie city as the research object to analyzes the current of thedoctor-patient relationship.The doctor-patient relationship in newborn department is mainly reflected in thedoctors and parents’ contradictions, whereas the special management mode ofnewborn department is closed-end management pattern. This paper, which based onthe medical staffs of newborn department and patients’ families, discusses the currentstatus and medical conditions, doctor-patient prescriptions work position, workattitude, physical and mental health, and so on. What’s more, it analyzes that themembers of family’s attitude to newborn department of pediatrics medical personnelprofessional ability, medical ethics, service attitude and department closed-endmanagement mode. Moreover, it explores the characteristic in the current newborndepartment of pediatrics medicine relations, understands family members needs, seeksthe most trust in patients, actively builds a harmonious of doctor-patient relationship.In addition, it provides reference materials for development of the doctor-patient andpromotes the harmonious development of society.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part: The preface part introduces the research background, including thecurrent doctor-patient relationship and the practical significance and the summary ofthe present situation of the domestic and foreign research.The second part: We survey the doctor-patient relationship questionnaire in bijiecity first people’s hospital, and the questionnaire is divided into prescriptions and suffers from two aspects, which refers to both doctors and patients’ understanding ofthe doctor-patient relationship, medical ethics, doctor-patient communication, andcountermeasures to improve the doctor-patient relationship, etc.The third part: According to the survey analysis，this paper is from the Angle of the two sides to judge the doctor‐patient relationship，and from the macro and micro aspects， it analyzes the reasons of the doctor‐patient relationship nervous.The fourth part: This paper,which based on the questionnaire survey, comes upwith the building of harmonious doctor-patient relationship advice and outlook. And itis also respectively from the macro and micro direction to discuss issues. Themacroscopic aspects which is involved government, policy, system, law, society andenvironment and the hospital department. Beside, from microscopic aspect, it isspecially emphasis on the prescriptions and should have a clear conscience(internally), and impeccable.
