Self Efficacy Level After 81 Cases Of A Given Pulse Palpitate Parties Combined Kang Xin Of Young Atrial Fibrillation Patients Maintained Sinus Rhythm

Objective：To observe the clinical observation of self-made PingmaidingjiDecoction combined with Concor and maintenance of sinus rhythm in middle-agepatients after restoring sinus rhythm.Method：The81patientsofrestoringsinusrhythmafterAFwererandomlydividedinto Concor group(A group27cases)、Pingmaidingji Decoction combined with Concorgroup(B group27cases)、matched group(C group27cases)，to observe maintenanceof sinus rhythm、LVEF、improvement of clinical symptoms、changes of coated tongueand pulse manifestation.Results：（1）Sinusrhythmmaintenance：Thethirdmonthafterrestoringsinusrhythm，the maintenances of A、B、C group were100%、100%、92%. The differencebetween A group and B group was not significant（p＞0.05）；the maintenancesof A、B group were better than C group，the differences were significant （p＜0.05）.The sixth month after restoring sinus rhythm，the maintenances of A、B、C group were92%、100%、80%. B group was better than A group, the differencesbetween A group and B group were significant （p＜0.05）; the maintenances ofA、B group were better than C group，the differences were significant（p＜0.05）.The twelfth month after restoring sinus rhythm，the maintenances of A、B、C groupwere88%、96%、76%. B group was better than A group, the differences betweenA group and B group were significant（p＜0.05）；the maintenances of A、B groupwere better than C group，the differences were significant（p＜0.05）.（2）LVEF：The twelfth month after restoring sinus rhythm，the difference among A、B、C group was not significant（p＞0.05）.（3）Clinical symptoms integral：The differences between B group and A、C group、selected time were significant（p＜0.05）.（4）Changes of coated tongue and pulse manifestation：The differencesbetween B group selected time were significant（p＜0.05）. Conclusion： The effectiveness of Zhigancao Decoction combined with Concorwas better than other groups, especially for the sinus rhythm maintenance andimprovement of clinical symptoms.
