Purpose：To investigate Buyang of five soup of cerebral hemorrhagepostoperative residual hematoma absorption impact。Material and method：Material: Buyanghuanwu soup: Astragalus Health [120g]; Angelica tail [15g] TPG[10g]; Chuanxiong [10g]; safflower [10g]; peach [10g]; earthworm to soil [3g];method: Retrospective analysis of postoperative residual hematoma of cerebralhemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from June2011to March2013bythe puncture and drainage of approximately10ml, Qi and Blood Stasis60patientswere randomly divided into two groups, the control group and treatment group30cases, reducing the intracranial pressure, maintaining water and electrolytebalance, nerve nutrition, to promote cerebral metabolism and other conventionalmedication. The drug on the basis of the control group, the treatment group in3-5days after oral or nasal Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang compatibility subtraction isgiven according to the principle of syndrome differentiation. Postoperativeevery other week to do a head CT examination, the estimated average hematomauptake, the use of statistical methods were compared treatment medicationresidual hematoma absorption.Results：1. hematoma absorption rate of the treatment group and the control group ofpatients there were significant differences. Treatment group in each observationtime point average absorption of hematoma volume greater than the control group.Between two groups there are significant differences (P <0.05).2groups with respect to gender, age, duration of treatment, the mean hematomavolume was no significant difference (P>0.05).
