| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy on Hewei Granule and Qizhi Weitong Granule which treated the functional dyspepsia of disharmony between liver and stomach.Method:Base on Western Rome Ⅲ criteria and traditional Chinese medicinesymptoms diagnostic criteria,60patients who received treat-ment in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine out-patient and ward during February2012to December2012were met the inclusion criteria by randomized controlled to included in the study. These60cases of functional dyspepsia who disharmony between liver and stomach according to TCM theory were randomly divided into two groups of Chinese medicine treatment group and positive control group. The Chinese medicine group was given oral medicine of Hewei granules with a bag one time and three times a day,orally for four weeks; the control group received Qizhi Weitong Granule with5g one time and three times a day,orally for four weeks.4weeksfor a course. After a course of treatment, the two groups were observed changes in the clinical efficacy and the clinical symptom score statistics between the two groups before and after treatment, and evaluating the clinicalefficacy of Hewei granules.Results:1.After treatment, the results show that the Chinese medicine group (n=30): clinical recovery8cases,11cases effective markedly,9cases effective,2cases ineffective. The total effective rate was93.3percent. While in the Western medicine group of30cases:7cases of clinical recovery,effective14cases,8cases effective, ineffective in1cases.The total effective rate was96.7percent.The Chinese medicine group was no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05). 2.The effective rate of the upper abdominal pain and bloating was over90percent;The effective rate of the early satiety, belching was over80percent,two symptoms of the nausea and vomiting were improvemented significantlyin the treatment group(P <0.05),especially about symptoms of vomiting which in the treatment group were improved obviously,the difference was significant (P <0.01); bloating, early satiety, belching were improvemented significantly (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference compared with thepositive control group on the improvement of the six symptoms of the upperabdominal pain, bloating, early satiety, belching,acid reflux, heartburnafter treatment (P>0.05). |
