Acupuncture And Infertility Affects Women Clomiphene Ovulation And Pregnancy Rates Of Kidney Deficiency PCOS

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and clomiphene citrate together to induce syndrome treated women ovulation rate, pregnancy rate in women with polycystic ovary.Method:Among the gynecological outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Tranditional Chinese Medicine from January2013to October2013,choose60of them who conform with the standards of this experiment and divide them into two groups randomly.The30patient of the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with clomiphene citrate,while the comparison group is treated with clomiphene citrate.Both groups are treated for4month continuously.If during pregnancy test is positive,then stop the treatment.Observe the TCMsyndrome score, before and after the treatment.ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of both groups.Interviewing pregnant patients randomly to observe biochemical pregnancy rate judging the comprehensive curative effect.Result:Comparing the curative effect in the two groups of TCM syndrome,the total effectiveness rate of the treatment group is96.67%,while the comparison group is76.67%.According to statistical analysis,Z=-2.433, P=0.015(P<0.05),which means the difference is of statistical signinficance.Comparing the TCM syndrome score with the comparison group,P=0.021(P<0.05);compared with that before treatment,P=0.000(P<0.01),the difference is of statistical significance.After treatment,ovulation rate of the treatment group is78.64%,while the comparison group is52.14%,P=0.000(P<0.01),the difference is of statistical signinficance.After treatment,pregnancy rate of the treatment group is40.00%,while the comparison group is13.33%, P=0.02(P<0.05),the difference is of statistical significance.By interviewing patients randomly,the biochemical pregnancy rate of the treatment group is8.33%,while the comparison group is25.00%, Fisher’s Exact Test, P=0.45(P>0.05),the difference is of no statistical significance.Conclusions:.Acupuncture combined with clomiphene can improve the TCM syndrome conditions of patients effectively,it can also increase ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate for patients with PCOS.It may after all be accepted as a good therapy for infertile women with PCOS.
