The effectof WP medicated serum on vitality of rat sertoli cells were quantified by MTT.Results:First, compared with normal SC group, the level of ABP, IL-1β and IL-6increased and the level of TF and INHB decreased significantly in Cox7a2recombint plasmid group. When high concentration WP medicated serum was used,Cox7a2recombint plasmid induction of ABP.
