Huoxuetongluo Decoction Combined With Western Clinical Research Blood Stasis Lower Extremity Vascular Disease Treatment

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical curative effect of Huoxue tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine (treatment group) in treating the blood stasis type of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease,and the control group with Simvastatin tablets,Aspirin enteric-coated and Hydroxy benzene sulfonic acid calcium tablets was compared,then evaluate the curative effect of Huoxue tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine objectively.MethodsIn accordance with the principle of the randomized controlled,the64cases meeting the conditions were divided into a treatment group of32patients and a control group of32cases.The basic treatment was reducing blood glucose and blood pressure,taking exercise.The control group was treated with Simvastatin tablets,Aspirin enteric-coated and Hydroxy benzene sulfonic acid calcium tablets, the treatment group was given the Huoxue tongluo Prescription on the basis of the control group.Their course of treatment was8weeks. By observing the change of the index such as clinical symptoms, signs, blood lipids, hemorrheology, ABI, CAVI and the result of ultrasound on lower limb vascular, compare and evaluate the effect of the treatment.Results1After the treatment, comparing the clinical comprehensive efficacy in two groups,the total effective rate of treatment group was50%, the control group13.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2In the comparison of the curative effect on main symptoms and signs, the improvement of symptoms of coldness, numbness and weakness compared with the control group were statistically significant(P<0.01);In addition, the integral comparison on symptoms and signs after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).3THE CHO, TG and LDL-C of the two groups after treatment compared with the ones before treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).The HDL-C of the treatment group compared with the ones before treatment significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).4THE whole blood viscosity of shear rate1.00,5.00,the plasma viscosity and the erythrocyte aggregation index in treatment group after treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),the comparison between two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05). 5The comparison of bilateral ABI, CAVI,and integral of ultrasound on lower limb vascular between before and after treatment was statistically significant in both two groups(P>0.05),there was also no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1Huoxue tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine in treating DLEAD has a better effect;2Huoxue tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of DLEAD,especially for coldness,numbness and weakness,the improvement is most significant;3Huoxue tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine can significantly reduce the CHO,TG and LDL-C, increase the HDL-C, reduce the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the patients with DLEAD;4Huoxue tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine had no adverse reactions during the treatment and the security is good.
