| Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes, but also the most easily overlooked one. Traditional Chinese Medicine has accumulated rich experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. However the syndrome differentiation in clinical practice is confused. In this paper, we start the research from single syndrome, which is identified by the content of" diabetic peripheral neuropathy therapeutic standards draft" published in2010and "diagnostics of Chinese medicine". In this study, we will use statistical methods to investigate the syndromes distribution of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and the relationship between each type of syndrome and other chronic complications, to provide more reliable evidence for clinical practice. In this study, we collected81cases of patients with DPN in total, and use the statistical method for analysis, draw the following conclusion:â‘ diabetic peripheral neuropathy major occurred in the elderly, and there is no significant difference of incidence between men and women;â‘¡the common syndrome of DPN are:qi deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis syndrome, phlegm stasis syndrome, and heat syndrome;â‘¢qi deficiency, yin deficiency, heat syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome are the most common sydromes in the early course of diabetic peripheral neuropathy; There is a increased occurrence of the rate of liver and kidney deficiency, and yang deficiency syndrome in the course of DPN more than3years; With the extension of the duration, the incidence of blood stasis syndrome gradually increased;â‘£there is a correlation between the syndrome of DPN and other chronic complications, there is a increased incidence of dyslipidemia in DPN combined with qi deficiency; DPN combined with blood stasis syndrome, significantly increased incidence of coronary heart disease and diabetic peripheral vascular disease; DPN combined with liver and kidney deficiency, increased incidence of diabetic retinopathy. |
