Background:At present, infertility has become one of the most worried diseases. And in many causes of infertility, tubal disease is the main cause of infertility. With the development of society, tubal obstruction infertility clinical incidence is increasing year by year. Modern medicine for the treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility bright hopes for some patients with infertility, but each has its strict indications and contraindications, in all aspects of the technical requirements of high, expensive, the success rate is low, so it is difficult to promote. The incidence of anxiety and depression not only has important significance in science, but also plays an important role in disease treatment, prognosis.Objective:Anxiety and depression plays an important role in the disease’s development, diagnosis and treatment. We tried to investigate the issue of oviduct obstructive infertility patients with anxiety and depression, correlation analysis on oviduct obstructive infertility and anxiety and depression, to grasp the interaction relationship, to provide necessary psychological intervention on the basis of future treatment.Method:Diagnostic standard consults "Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology" and "Obstetrics Gynecological Disease Diagnosis Standard" Our hospital and120patients were selected as case group,120healthy women were selected as control group.All cases fill in the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating depression scale (SDS), which are written by the professor Zung. We conclude that statistical conclusions, through data analysis and statistics.Result:1.Anxiety and depression of patients with infertility rate is much higher than that of healthy women. Age, course of disease, Previous pregnancy history and Ovulatory dysfunction have the relationship with the anxiety and depression of the patients.2. Anxiety and depression plays an important role in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility.
