| In recent years, the reports about the conflicts between doctors and patientsis increasing year by year, exposes some medical system problems, can not be effective communication between doctors and patients is one of the important reasons for initiation and intensification of doctor-patient conflicts. The method to improve the doctor-patient communication, can alleviate the doctor-patient contradiction and conflict in a certain extent, to promoting the building of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, so this paper will make further investigation and study. In research methods, this paper adopts questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis method, literature method, functional analysis, case study method and inductive method.Specifically, the obstacle factors of doctor-patient communication mainly analyzes from four aspects of medical staff, patients, hospital management and the external social factors. Communication barriers caused by medical staff are lack of communication with medical ethics, lack of awareness and lack of communication skills; communication barriers caused°by the patientsare mainly the needs of patients and medical reality gap and patients to "order" the implementation is not obedient; at the hospital management is the main management failed to fully reflect the "humanistic care", information feedback management is not timely and complaint management implementation is not in place; improper promotion of external social influence factors mainly have a crisis of confidence, the imbalance between supply and demand of medical resources and the media. At the same time,through the questionnaire on the viewpoints of empirical analysis, test. According to the communication barriers, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the communication between doctors and patients from two medical personnel and hospital management. The former includes strengthening the cultivation of medical ethics, improve and regulate the pressure of three aspects of communication skills; the latter includes the establishment of more humanistic management system, carry out diversified communication channels, the establishment of "medical ethics" evaluation system and four aspects to strengthen the positive publicity. |
