Objective:To observe insects drink tong-luo si chong yin clinical efficacy of nerve root type cervical spondylosis treatment, Statistical analysis through scientific and objective evaluation of its effectiveness and safety, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism for providing theoretical and practical basis for the nerve root type cervical spondylosis Chinese medicine treatment. Methods:A randomized controlled clinical trials met the inclusion criteria of the60patients into groups according to the order number, the random number table into a treatment group and a control group,30cases in each. Two groups of patients were treated at the same time giving basic meridians tong-luo si chong yin and neck pain particles, a course of two weeks. Before treatment, after treatment, one week and two weeks after treatment, both groups of patients pain visual score (VAS), clinical symptoms and signs and symptom score improvement aspects, statistical analysis and efficacy evaluation.Results:1. two groups of patients one week after treatment VAS scoring, compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), one week after treatment difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); later one week two in terms of improving the clinical symptoms and signs of previous treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), between the two groups showed that the treatment group in improving shoulder and neck pain, upper extremity pain and numbness, work and life skills, intervertebral hole compression test and strength better than the control group (P<0.05), and in improving hand function, sensory and tendon reflexes between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05); two groups of patients after a week TCM syndrome score, the difference between the pre-treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05), one week after treatment difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05);2.two groups of patients after two weeks of treatment VAS scoring, and before treatment was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment, the difference between the two groups two weeks VAS total group was statistically significant (P<0.05); two weeks aspects in improving clinical symptoms and signs compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), between the two groups showed that the treatment group neck and shoulder pain, upper extremity pain and numbness, work and life skills to improve after treatment, foraminal compression test and strength better than the control group (P <0.05), improvement in hand function, sensory and tendon reflexes between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05); two groups of patients after two weeks the symptom score, the difference between the pre-treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05), two weeks after treatment difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05);3.clinical efficacy after treatment treatment group was96.67%, the control group was86.67%, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups by rank sum test display. Conclusions:1. tong-luo si chong yin with neck pain particles can effectively improve patients with cervical radiculopathy symptoms and improve the quality of daily life of patients, a significant effect;2.in improving patients with cervical radiculopathy pain visual score (VAS), syndromes, and neck and shoulder pain, upper extremity pain and numbness, work and life skills, aspects of the intervertebral foramen test and clinical symptoms and signs such as muscle squeeze, meridians tong-luo si chong yin better than neck pain particles; improving the clinical signs and symptoms in patients with hand function, sensory and tendon reflexes, etc., both considerable effect;3.through the use of network tong-luo si chong yin with neck pain particle treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, no significant adverse reactions during clinical observation, indicating that the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
