Clinical Study Medicine Fumigation Treatment Of Sore Knee Arthroscopy

Objective:Summarizes the current cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine therapy treatment degenerative diseases experience, analysis the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of postoperative sore knee arthroscopy.Methods:October2011to October2013, admitted to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Dongzhimen Hospital, postoperative knee arthroscopy hospitalized patients100cases, of which the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group50cases, including31males and19females, age56.56±7.459years, simple the local heat treatment group of50cases, including22males and28females, age53.74±8.043years; Postoperative conventional extraction joint effusion. The two groups of joint effusion, KSS、VAS score after a week and after treatment a week, two weeks were compared at the same time make a statistical analysis. Results:joint effusion of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group of postoperative a week(19.960±6.7762)ml, KSS score was (65.700±8.9380) VAS score was (3.360±1.2249) while simple the local heat treatment group were(19.860±6.4334)ml、68.440±9.2144)3.400±1.1952)Changes in the value of the experimental group after treatment a week were (9.880±4.1189) ml、10.920±8.0556)1.520±0.8862) while the Control group were (7.360±3.0153) ml、7.940±7.0260)0.840±3.1060) Changes in the value of the experimental group after treatment two weeks were (15.600±5.1902) ml、19.140±9.9310)2.340±1.2056) while the Control group were (13.480±4.4181) ml、15.100±8.2196)2.140±0.9260) Changes in the value of the experimental group after treatment a week to two weeks were (5.720±2.9626) ml、8.220±6.8132)0.820±0.8965) while the Control group were (6.120±2.6545) ml、7.160±4.9872)1.300±2.9225) the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)after treatment a week to two weeks. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of postoperative sore knee arthroscopy has a better efficacy than simple the local heat treatment, so under the premise of arthroscopic surgery, Give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine can promote disease recovery.
